1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Rolibi (“the app”), developed by Ailancer. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or extract its word packs for use elsewhere.
3. What the app is
Rolibi is a party game played by three to twelve people passing a single device around. It is not an online service: there is no account, no server and no communication between devices. Everything the app does happens on the phone in your hand.
4. Price
This version of Rolibi is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising, and every word pack is unlocked from the first game. If paid features or advertising are introduced in a future version, the terms covering them will be published on this page before that version is released.
5. What you type in
Player names, crew names and any word pack you write belong to you. They are stored only on your device; we have no access to them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what you choose to type — including whether it is appropriate for the people you are playing with, and whether you have any right to use another person's name or details in it.
Word packs you write are never reviewed, moderated or transmitted, because they never leave the device. That means the content of a game is entirely in the hands of the group playing it.
6. Your data is on your device only
Crews, history and your own packs are stored on the phone and nowhere else. There is no backup on our side and no way for us to restore anything. If the device is lost, reset or the app is deleted, that data is gone permanently. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app functional and may release updates that add, change or remove features, including changes to word packs. We may discontinue the app or any feature. Continued use after an update means you accept these terms as they then stand.
8. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and decently. Do not tamper with the app, and do not use it to harass, humiliate or single out anybody — a game whose custom pack is written to hurt one person at the table is a misuse of it.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rolibi is entertainment. It is a game of bluffing among people who have chosen to play it together; the app cannot and does not police what is said around the table.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of data stored by the app. Because everything is stored only on your device, data lost through device failure, loss, theft or deletion of the app cannot be recovered by us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.

Bu koşullar, Ailancer tarafından geliştirilen Rolibi (“uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulamayı kullanımınız ayrıca Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (standart Apple EULA) tabidir; bu sözleşme işbu koşullara ek olarak uygulanır.
2. Lisans
Size, App Store Hizmet Koşulları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız; kelime paketlerini başka bir yerde kullanmak üzere çıkaramazsınız.
3. Uygulama nedir
Rolibi, üç ile on iki kişinin tek bir cihazı sırayla birbirine vererek oynadığı bir parti oyunudur. Çevrimiçi bir hizmet değildir: hesap yoktur, sunucu yoktur, cihazlar arasında iletişim yoktur. Uygulamanın yaptığı her şey elinizdeki telefonda olup biter.
4. Ücret
Rolibi'nin bu sürümü ücretsizdir. Uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik ve reklam içermez; bütün kelime paketleri ilk oyundan itibaren açıktır. İleriki bir sürümde ücretli özellikler veya reklam gelirse, bunlara ilişkin koşullar o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce bu sayfada yayımlanır.
5. Yazdıklarınız
Oyuncu adları, ekip adları ve yazdığınız her kelime paketi size aittir. Yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bunlara erişimimiz yoktur ve üzerlerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmeyiz. Ne yazacağınızdan siz sorumlusunuz — birlikte oynadığınız kişiler için uygun olup olmadığı ve bir başkasının adını veya bilgilerini kullanma hakkınız olup olmadığı dahil.
Yazdığınız kelime paketleri incelenmez, denetlenmez ve iletilmez; çünkü cihazdan hiç çıkmazlar. Bu da bir oyunun içeriğinin tümüyle onu oynayan grubun elinde olduğu anlamına gelir.
6. Verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda
Ekipler, geçmiş ve kendi paketleriniz telefonda saklanır, başka hiçbir yerde durmaz. Bizim tarafımızda yedek yoktur ve hiçbir şeyi geri getirmemiz mümkün değildir. Cihaz kaybolursa, sıfırlanırsa veya uygulama silinirse bu veriler kalıcı olarak gider. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulamayı çalışır durumda tutmak için çalışırız ve kelime paketlerindeki değişiklikler dahil olmak üzere özellik ekleyen, değiştiren veya kaldıran güncellemeler yayımlayabiliriz. Uygulamayı veya herhangi bir özelliği sonlandırabiliriz. Güncelleme sonrası kullanıma devam etmeniz, o tarihteki koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
8. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka uygun ve nezaketli biçimde kullanın. Uygulamayı kurcalamayın ve kimseyi taciz etmek, küçük düşürmek ya da hedef göstermek için kullanmayın — masadaki bir kişiyi incitmek üzere yazılmış özel bir paket, bu uygulamanın kötüye kullanımıdır.
9. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Rolibi bir eğlence ürünüdür. Birlikte oynamayı seçmiş kişiler arasında geçen bir blöf oyunudur; uygulama masada söylenenleri denetleyemez ve denetlemez.
10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da uygulamanın sakladığı verilerin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Her şey yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığından; cihaz arızası, kaybı, çalınması veya uygulamanın silinmesi nedeniyle oluşan veri kayıpları tarafımızca kurtarılamaz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlandırılamayacak sorumlulukları sınırlamaz ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
