Rolibi collects no personal data. There is no account, no server and no analytics. The app makes no network requests at all — everything you type stays on the phone you typed it on.
1. Who we are
Rolibi (“the app”) is developed by Ailancer. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. If you have any question about it, write to dev@ailancer.com.
2. Data we collect
None. Rolibi does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account, sign in or give an email address. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking software of any kind in the app.
This is not a policy about how carefully we handle your data. The app has no way of sending it: it opens no network connection, so there is nowhere for it to go.
3. What stays on your phone
Rolibi saves a few things so that the next game takes ten seconds instead of two minutes. All of it lives in the app's own private storage on the device:
- The player names you type and the mascot each player picked.
- Crews — a saved group of players with a name you gave it.
- Finished games: date, who played, which pack, who won.
- Word packs you wrote yourself.
- Which words have come up recently, so the app can avoid repeating them.
- Your settings: app language, word language, vibration, reduced motion, house rules.
We never see any of it. We cannot read it, recover it or restore it. Deleting the app deletes all of it permanently, and there is no backup on our side.
4. Secret words are not written down by default
When a game finishes, the result is saved to your history — but the secret word that was played is not saved unless you turn on Settings → Privacy → Keep the word in history. That switch is off when you install the app. It changes what is stored on your device only; the word is not sent anywhere either way.
The same rule applies inside the app's own diagnostics: secret words, roles, player names and the words in your own packs are never written to any log.
5. A phone that changes hands
Rolibi is played by passing one phone around, so most of its privacy work is about the people in the room rather than about us:
- Revealing a card takes a deliberate press, and hiding it takes a deliberate tap. Nothing appears on screen on its own.
- When the app goes into the background or you open the app switcher, the screen is covered before iOS takes its snapshot, so a secret can never end up in the multitasking preview.
- Navigating back cannot land you on the previous player's card.
Rolibi does not block screenshots and does not detect or report them. That is a deliberate decision: watching what the person holding the phone does would be a bigger intrusion than the problem it solves.
6. Permissions we never ask for
Rolibi requests no system permissions. It does not use the camera, the photo library, the microphone, contacts, location, the calendar, health data or notifications. It uses the vibration motor, which needs no permission and can be switched off in Settings → Game → Vibration.
7. Network access
The app makes no network requests. It works in airplane mode from the moment it is installed, including the very first game. There is no sync, no cloud save, no remote content and no update fetched at runtime — every word pack ships inside the app.
The only exception is a link you tap yourself: the entries under Settings → About hand this page, the terms and our email address to your browser or mail app. Nothing about you is attached to them — the addresses are fixed and carry no identifier, no game data and no query of any kind.
8. Device backups
If you have iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup switched on, iOS includes the app's data in that backup along with everything else on your phone. That copy is made and encrypted by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; it never reaches us and we cannot read it.
9. Purchases and advertising
This version of Rolibi is free, contains no in-app purchases and no subscription, and shows no advertising. Nothing in it talks to a payment or advertising service. If that changes in a future version, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be listed in the release notes.
10. Children
Rolibi does not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included. Because no data is collected at all, no data about children can be collected. The built-in word packs are written for a general audience; a pack you write yourself is entirely your own content, so if children are playing, it is worth a look first.
11. Deleting your data
You are in control of everything the app has saved:
- Settings → Your stuff → Delete my data removes crews and players, past games, and your own packs — separately or all at once.
- Settings → Your stuff → Clear history removes finished games only and leaves crews and packs alone.
- Deleting the app removes everything at once. None of it can be recovered afterwards, by you or by us.
12. Your rights
Data protection laws such as the GDPR, the KVKK and the CCPA give you the right to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. The data is on your device and you can delete it yourself at any time.
13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

2. Topladığımız veriler
Hiçbiri. Rolibi hiçbir kişisel bilgiyi toplamaz, iletmez, satmaz veya paylaşmaz. Sizden hesap oluşturmanızı, giriş yapmanızı ya da e-posta adresi vermenizi istemeyiz. Uygulamada analitik, reklam veya herhangi bir üçüncü taraf izleme yazılımı bulunmaz.
Bu, verilerinizi ne kadar özenle işlediğimize dair bir politika değil. Uygulamanın veriyi gönderecek bir yolu yok: hiçbir ağ bağlantısı açmıyor, dolayısıyla verinin gidebileceği bir yer de yok.
3. Telefonunuzda kalanlar
Rolibi, bir sonraki oyunun iki dakika yerine on saniye sürmesi için birkaç şeyi kaydeder. Hepsi cihazdaki, uygulamaya ait özel depolama alanında durur:
- Yazdığınız oyuncu adları ve her oyuncunun seçtiği maskot.
- Ekipler — adını sizin verdiğiniz, kayıtlı oyuncu grupları.
- Tamamlanan oyunlar: tarih, kimlerin oynadığı, hangi paket, kimin kazandığı.
- Kendi yazdığınız kelime paketleri.
- Son zamanlarda hangi kelimelerin çıktığı — uygulama tekrar etmesin diye.
- Ayarlarınız: arayüz dili, kelime dili, titreşim, hareketi azalt, ev kuralları.
Bunların hiçbirini görmeyiz. Okuyamaz, kurtaramaz veya geri getiremeyiz. Uygulamayı silmek hepsini kalıcı olarak siler ve bizim tarafımızda hiçbir yedek yoktur.
4. Gizli kelimeler varsayılan olarak kaydedilmez
Bir oyun bittiğinde sonuç geçmişinize kaydedilir; ancak oynanan gizli kelime, Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Kelimeyi geçmişte sakla seçeneğini açmadığınız sürece kaydedilmez. Bu anahtar uygulamayı kurduğunuzda kapalıdır. Yalnızca cihazınızda nelerin saklandığını değiştirir; kelime her iki durumda da hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Aynı kural uygulamanın kendi teşhis kayıtları için de geçerlidir: gizli kelimeler, roller, oyuncu adları ve kendi paketlerinizdeki kelimeler hiçbir günlüğe yazılmaz.
5. Elden ele geçen bir telefon
Rolibi tek telefonu sırayla vererek oynanır; bu yüzden gizlilik çalışmasının büyük kısmı bizimle değil, odadaki insanlarla ilgilidir:
- Kartı görmek bilinçli bir basılı tutmayı, gizlemek bilinçli bir dokunuşu gerektirir. Ekranda kendiliğinden hiçbir şey belirmez.
- Uygulama arka plana alındığında veya uygulama değiştiriciyi açtığınızda, iOS anlık görüntüsünü almadan önce ekran kapatılır; böylece bir sır çoklu görev önizlemesine hiçbir zaman düşmez.
- Geri gitmek sizi bir önceki oyuncunun kartına düşüremez.
Rolibi ekran görüntüsü almayı engellemez ve ekran görüntülerini tespit etmez, bildirmez. Bu bilinçli bir karardır: telefonu tutan kişinin ne yaptığını izlemek, çözdüğü sorundan daha büyük bir müdahale olurdu.
6. Hiç istemediğimiz izinler
Rolibi hiçbir sistem izni istemez. Kamerayı, fotoğraf kitaplığını, mikrofonu, kişileri, konumu, takvimi, sağlık verilerini ve bildirimleri kullanmaz. Titreşim motorunu kullanır; bu izin gerektirmez ve Ayarlar → Oyun → Titreşim bölümünden kapatılabilir.
7. Ağ erişimi
Uygulama hiçbir ağ isteği yapmaz. Kurulduğu andan itibaren, ilk oyun dahil, uçak modunda çalışır. Eşitleme, bulut kaydı, uzaktan içerik ve çalışma anında indirilen güncelleme yoktur — bütün kelime paketleri uygulamanın içinde gelir.
Tek istisna, kendi dokunduğunuz bir bağlantıdır: Ayarlar → Hakkında altındaki satırlar bu sayfayı, kullanım koşullarını ve e-posta adresimizi tarayıcınıza ya da mail uygulamanıza devreder. Bunlara size dair hiçbir şey eklenmez — adresler sabittir; kimlik, oyun verisi ya da herhangi bir sorgu parametresi taşımazlar.
8. Cihaz yedekleri
iCloud Yedeklemesi veya şifrelenmiş bilgisayar yedeklemesi açıksa iOS, telefonunuzdaki diğer her şeyle birlikte uygulamanın verilerini de o yedeğe dahil eder. Bu kopya Apple tarafından, Apple Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında oluşturulur ve şifrelenir; bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz ve tarafımızca okunamaz.
9. Satın alımlar ve reklam
Rolibi'nin bu sürümü ücretsizdir; uygulama içi satın alma ve abonelik içermez, reklam göstermez. İçindeki hiçbir şey bir ödeme veya reklam hizmetiyle konuşmaz. İleriki bir sürümde bu değişirse, o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce bu sayfa güncellenir ve değişiklik sürüm notlarında belirtilir.
10. Çocuklar
Rolibi, çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden bilerek bilgi toplamaz. Hiçbir veri toplanmadığı için çocuklara ait veri de toplanamaz. Hazır kelime paketleri genel izleyici için yazılmıştır; kendi yazdığınız paket ise tümüyle size ait bir içeriktir, dolayısıyla çocuklar oynayacaksa önce bir göz atmakta fayda var.
11. Verilerinizi silmek
Uygulamanın kaydettiği her şeyin kontrolü sizde:
- Ayarlar → Verilerin → Verilerimi sil; ekipleri ve oyuncuları, geçmiş oyunları ve kendi paketlerinizi ayrı ayrı ya da hepsini birden kaldırır.
- Ayarlar → Verilerin → Geçmişi temizle; yalnızca tamamlanan oyunları siler, ekiplere ve paketlere dokunmaz.
- Uygulamayı silmek hepsini bir anda kaldırır. Sonrasında ne sizin ne bizim tarafımızdan kurtarılabilir.
12. Haklarınız
KVKK, GDPR ve CCPA gibi veri koruma mevzuatı; hakkınızda tutulan kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme, taşıma ve silme hakkı tanır. Hakkınızda hiçbir veri tutmadığımız için açıklanacak, düzeltilecek veya silinecek bir kayıt yoktur. Veriler cihazınızda durur ve istediğiniz zaman kendiniz silebilirsiniz.
13. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Politika değişirse güncel sürüm, yeni bir “son güncelleme” tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikler ayrıca uygulamanın sürüm notlarında belirtilir.
