ZODIQ is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not advice, and it does not predict the future.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Ailancer OÜ, registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using ZODIQ you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
2. What ZODIQ is
ZODIQ calculates an astrological chart from the birth details you provide and produces readings and conversations based on it. Astrology is not a science, and nothing in the app is a statement of fact about your past, present or future. Readings are written to help you reflect — they are interpretations, offered as possibilities.
3. What ZODIQ is not
The app does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. It will not predict death, illness, pregnancy, legal outcomes or financial results, and it will not tell you whether someone is unfaithful, dangerous or right for you. Do not make consequential decisions on the basis of a reading. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
4. Age
ZODIQ is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, and the app will ask you to confirm that before it generates anything. By using it you confirm you are at least 13 and, if under 18, that you have that permission.
5. Your content and other people
You are responsible for what you enter. If you add another person's birth details for a compatibility reading, you confirm you have their agreement to do so. Do not enter anyone's details without their knowledge.
6. Accuracy of your chart
A chart is only as accurate as the moment it is calculated from. A wrong time or place produces a wrong chart, and the app cannot detect this. If you do not know your birth time, the app tells you which parts of the reading are unavailable rather than guessing — those parts genuinely cannot be produced.
7. Free and Premium
The free version includes your full chart, one first reading and three questions. Premium adds personalised daily guidance, weekly and monthly reports, compatibility readings and a monthly allowance of questions. The allowance is stated in the app and is not unlimited.
8. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Premium is a subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Prices are shown by the App Store in your local currency and may vary by territory.
9. Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
10. Availability
Readings and answers are generated with a third-party language model and require an internet connection. Service may be interrupted, and generation can occasionally fail. Content already produced remains readable offline. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to extract the app's instructions, misuse it to produce harmful content, automate access to it, or resell what it produces as a professional or predictive service.
12. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its interpretation content and its brand belong to us. Readings generated for you are yours to keep, save and share personally. Do not present them as a professional astrological, medical or psychological service.
13. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a reading, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; the revised version appears here with a new date, and material changes are noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

2. ZODIQ nedir

3. ZODIQ ne değildir
Uygulama tıbbi, psikolojik, psikiyatrik, hukuki, finansal veya yatırım tavsiyesi vermez ve nitelikli bir uzmanın yerini tutmaz. Ölüm, hastalık, hamilelik, hukuki sonuç ya da finansal getiri öngörmez; birinin sadakatsiz, tehlikeli veya senin için doğru olup olmadığını söylemez. Sonuç doğuran kararları bir okumaya dayandırma. Kriz hâlindeysen bulunduğun yerin acil servislerine ulaş.
4. Yaş
ZODIQ 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir. 18 yaşından küçüksen, ancak anne, baba ya da vasinin onayıyla kullanabilirsin; uygulama bir şey üretmeden önce bunu teyit etmeni ister. Uygulamayı kullanarak en az 13 yaşında olduğunu ve 18 yaşından küçüksen bu izne sahip olduğunu beyan edersin.
5. İçeriğin ve başkaları
Girdiğin şeylerden sen sorumlusun. Uyum okuması için başka birinin doğum bilgilerini eklersen, bunu yapmak için onun rızasını aldığını beyan etmiş olursun. Kimsenin bilgilerini haberi olmadan girme.
6. Haritanın doğruluğu
Bir harita, hesaplandığı an kadar doğrudur. Yanlış bir saat ya da yer yanlış bir harita üretir ve uygulama bunu fark edemez. Doğum saatini bilmiyorsan uygulama tahmin yürütmek yerine okumanın hangi kısımlarının kullanılamayacağını söyler — o kısımlar gerçekten üretilemez.
7. Ücretsiz ve Premium
Ücretsiz sürüm; haritanın tamamını, bir ilk okumayı ve üç soruyu içerir. Premium; kişiselleştirilmiş günlük rehberlik, haftalık ve aylık raporlar, uyum okumaları ve aylık bir soru hakkı ekler. Hak uygulamada belirtilir ve sınırsız değildir.
8. Abonelik, yenileme ve iptal
Premium, Apple'ın Uygulama İçi Satın Alma sistemiyle satılan bir aboneliktir. Ödeme, onay anında Apple Kimliğinden tahsil edilir. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden itibaren 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliği Apple Kimliği ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Fiyatlar App Store tarafından yerel para biriminde gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir.
9. İadeler
Satın alımlar Apple üzerinden yapılır ve iadeler Apple'ın şartlarına göre Apple tarafından yürütülür. Doğrudan iade yapamayız. Talepler için: reportaproblem.apple.com.
10. Erişilebilirlik
Okumalar ve cevaplar üçüncü taraf bir dil modeliyle üretilir ve internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Hizmet kesintiye uğrayabilir, üretim zaman zaman başarısız olabilir. Daha önce üretilmiş içerik çevrimdışı okunabilir kalır. Kesintisiz erişim garanti etmiyoruz.
11. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamanın talimatlarını çıkarmaya çalışma, zararlı içerik üretmek için kötüye kullanma, erişimi otomatikleştirme ve ürettiklerini profesyonel ya da kehanet hizmeti olarak yeniden satma.
12. Fikrî mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı, yorum içeriği ve markası bize aittir. Senin için üretilen okumalar senindir; saklayabilir ve kişisel olarak paylaşabilirsin. Bunları profesyonel bir astroloji, tıp veya psikoloji hizmeti gibi sunma.
13. Sorumluluk
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, bir okumaya dayanarak alınan kararlardan ve dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir şey, yasal tüketici hakların dahil olmak üzere kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
14. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncellenmiş sürüm yeni bir tarihle burada yayımlanır, esaslı değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında belirtilir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen kabul anlamına gelir.
15. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Estonya hukukuna tabidir. AB'de tüketiciysen, ikamet ettiğin ülkenin emredici hukukunun sağladığı korumaları muhafaza edersin.
