My chart looks wrong
Almost always this is the birth time or the place. Check them in Profile → Birth details; correcting them recalculates everything and does not cost you a reading. Two things worth knowing: the time must be local clock time at the place of birth — the app applies the historical time zone itself, including daylight saving as it was that day — and the place decides both the coordinates and that time zone, so a nearby city is not equivalent.
I don't know my birth time
Say so. The app will calculate everything that does not depend on a precise minute, and it will leave out your rising sign and the houses rather than assume noon. Those parts are genuinely unavailable without a time; if you find your time later, add it and the full chart appears.
What does the guide remember, and how do I remove it?
Open Profile → What your guide remembers. Everything it has kept is listed there and can be deleted individually or all at once. It remembers so conversations continue instead of restarting — a partner's name, something that happened, how you prefer to be spoken to.
I've run out of questions
Free includes three questions in total; Premium includes 80 a month, which reset on your renewal date. The number remaining is shown at the top of the Ask screen.
Managing or cancelling Premium
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or tap Manage subscription in the app's profile. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring a purchase
New device, or reinstalled? Tap Restore purchases in Profile. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
A reading failed to generate
Readings need a connection. If one fails, try again — and if a conversation has grown very long, start a new one; it picks up from your chart. Anything already generated stays readable offline.
Notifications aren't arriving
Check the time in the app, and check Settings → Notifications → ZODIQ on your device. If you have not opened several in a row, the app deliberately reduces how often it sends — opening one restores the usual rhythm.
Exporting or deleting my data
Profile → Export my data produces a copy of everything stored on the device. Profile → Delete account removes it. There is no server copy: everything lives on your device, so deleting the app also deletes it permanently.
Something in a reading was wrong or upsetting
Please tell us, and include the wording if you can. Answers are generated and checked against your chart, but a bad one getting through is a defect we want to see. If a reading ever suggests certainty about health, death or a relationship outcome, that is against how the app is built and we want to know immediately.

Haritam yanlış görünüyor
Neredeyse her zaman sebep doğum saati ya da yeridir. Profil → Doğum bilgileri'nden kontrol et; düzeltmek her şeyi yeniden hesaplar ve sana bir okuma hakkına mal olmaz. Bunu söyle. Uygulama, dakikaya bağlı olmayan her şeyi hesaplar; öğlen varsaymak yerine yükselen burcunu ve evleri dışarıda bırakır. O kısımlar saat olmadan gerçekten üretilemez; saatini sonradan bulursan ekle, harita tamamlanır.
Rehber neleri hatırlıyor, nasıl silerim?
Profil → Rehberinin hatırladıkları'nı aç. Sakladığı her şey orada listelenir; tek tek ya da hepsini birden silebilirsin. Konuşmalar baştan başlamasın diye hatırlar — bir sevgilinin adı, yaşanan bir şey, seninle nasıl konuşulmasını tercih ettiğin.
Sorularım bitti
Ücretsiz sürümde toplam üç soru vardır; Premium'da ayda 80 ve yenileme tarihinde sıfırlanır. Kalan sayı Sor ekranının üstünde görünür.
Premium'u yönetmek veya iptal etmek
Abonelikler bizim değil, Apple tarafından yönetilir. Cihazında Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler'i aç ya da uygulamanın profilinde Aboneliği yönet'e dokun. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Satın alımı geri yükleme
Yeni cihaz ya da yeniden kurulum mu? Profil'de Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokun. Satın alımı yapan Apple Kimliğiyle giriş yapmış olduğundan emin ol.
Okuma üretilemedi
Okumalar bağlantı gerektirir. Başarısız olursa tekrar dene; konuşma çok uzadıysa yeni bir konuşma başlat, haritandan devam eder. Daha önce üretilmiş her şey çevrimdışı okunabilir kalır.
Bildirimler gelmiyor
Uygulamadaki saati ve cihazında Ayarlar → Bildirimler → ZODIQ'i kontrol et. Üst üste birkaçını açmadıysan uygulama gönderme sıklığını bilerek azaltır — birini açman olağan ritmi geri getirir.
Verilerimi dışa aktarmak veya silmek
Profil → Verilerimi dışa aktar, cihazda saklanan her şeyin bir kopyasını üretir. Profil → Hesabı sil ise siler. Sunucuda bir kopya yoktur: her şey cihazında durur, bu yüzden uygulamayı silmek de kalıcı olarak siler.
Bir okumada yanlış ya da rahatsız edici bir şey vardı
Lütfen bize bildir; mümkünse metni de ekle. Cevaplar üretilir ve haritana karşı denetlenir, ama kötü birinin geçmesi görmek istediğimiz bir kusurdur. Bir okuma sağlık, ölüm ya da bir ilişkinin sonu hakkında kesinlik ima ederse, bu uygulamanın kuruluşuna aykırıdır ve hemen haberdar olmak isteriz.
