Which photo of myself works best?

One person, facing the camera, standing, in even light, with the whole garment area visible and unobstructed. Avoid heavy shadow, a busy background, sunglasses and a crossed-arm pose. Fitted clothing gives a better result than a bulky coat, because the model has to infer your shape through whatever you are already wearing.

The result does not look like me

Try a different saved photo first — the input decides most of the outcome. A photo taken further away, or one where the garment area is partly cut off, gives the model less to work with. The result is a simulation, so small differences in face and proportion are expected.

My generation failed. Was I charged?

No. A credit is spent only when a result is produced. If a generation fails for a technical reason the credit returns to your balance automatically; if the balance on screen looks wrong, pull down on the home screen to refresh it.

My request was declined

The AI provider applies its own content filters and sometimes declines an image that was not intended to break any rule — a swimsuit or close-fitting garment is the common case. Try a different photo of yourself or a clearer image of the garment. No credit is charged for a declined request.

How do I change the photo used for a try-on?

On the try screen, tap the photo to open your saved photos and choose another, or add a new one. Photos you save are reused for every try until you delete them.

Product search returned the wrong items

Crop tightly to the single garment you want to find and exclude faces, backgrounds and other clothing. The search matches on what it can see, so a crop containing three items will find something for the wrong one. Results are visually similar articles from third-party shops, not a confirmation that it is the same product.

Can I edit a result before sharing it?

Yes. Cropping and colour adjustment happen on your device and cost nothing. An AI retouch — a studio background, a tidier setting, better light — spends a credit and leaves your face, body and posture untouched.

I bought a subscription but the credits are not there

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. Credits arrive from the store rather than from the app, so a renewal can take a moment to appear. If they still do not appear, write to us with the date of purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the period you have paid for runs to its end, and credits already in your balance stay usable.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, not by us: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at play.google.com. We cannot issue them directly.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works without one. An account exists so that your credits, purchases and wardrobe follow you to a new phone; without one they belong to this installation only.

What is the difference between deleting my data and deleting my account?

Delete my data removes your photos, wardrobe, results and profile and returns the app to its first-launch state, keeping your credits and subscription. Delete my account does that across every device you have used, closes the wallet and deletes your login; it is irreversible and remaining credits are not refunded. Both are under Profile, and both are described in full on the deletion page.

I want to stop sending images to the AI services

Withdraw your consent under Profile → Privacy. Try-on and product search stop working; your wardrobe, photos and history are untouched. You can give consent again from the same screen.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Your wardrobe, your saved photos and your history are readable offline, and cropping and colour adjustment work offline. Try-on, retouch and product search require a connection because the generation happens on our servers.
