1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of FocusLancer (“the app”), developed by Ailancer. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
3. Your records
Your projects, rates and recorded sessions belong to you. They are stored only on your device; we have no access to them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what you record and for keeping your own copies — export a CSV or PDF report if you want a backup.
4. What the app measures, and what it does not decide
FocusLancer records time and multiplies it by the terms you enter. It is a measuring and record-keeping tool, not an accountant, a lawyer or an invoicing authority. What you may lawfully charge a client, what a contract entitles you to, how the amount should be taxed and whether an exported report is acceptable as an invoice in your jurisdiction are matters for you and your advisers. Check a figure before you send it to a client.
5. FocusLancer Pro
FocusLancer is free to use for one project, with no time limit. Optional paid plans unlock Pro:
- Monthly — auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly.
- Yearly — auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly.
- Lifetime — a single, one-time purchase; not a subscription and it does not renew.
Pro removes the project limit and unlocks the full history archive and CSV/PDF report export. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it expires.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
If Pro lapses. Nothing you have recorded is deleted and the projects you already have stay fully usable. What is locked until Pro is active again is creating a project beyond the free limit, the history older than the free window, and report export.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app functional and may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We may discontinue the app or any feature; if a Pro feature is permanently removed, we will say so in the release notes. Continued use after an update means you accept these terms as they then stand.
7. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to circumvent purchase verification, tamper with the app, or use it in a way that interferes with other users' devices or Apple's services.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. FocusLancer is a time-tracking tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it must not be relied on as any of those.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of recorded data, or for any commercial loss arising from a figure the app displayed — including an amount invoiced, under-invoiced or disputed. Because your records are stored only on your device, data loss caused by device failure, loss, theft, or deletion of the app cannot be recovered by us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.

1. Sözleşme
Bu koşullar, Ailancer tarafından geliştirilen FocusLancer'ı (“uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulamayı kullanımınız ayrıca Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (standart Apple EULA) tabidir; bu koşullara ek olarak uygulanır.
2. Lisans
App Store Hizmet Koşulları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarda uygulamayı kullanmanız için size kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
3. Kayıtlarınız
Projeleriniz, ücretleriniz ve kaydedilen seanslarınız size aittir. Yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bunlara erişimimiz yoktur ve üzerlerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmiyoruz. Neyi kaydedeceğinizden ve kendi kopyalarınızı saklamaktan siz sorumlusunuz — yedek istiyorsanız CSV veya PDF rapor olarak dışa aktarın.
4. Uygulama neyi ölçer, neye karar vermez
FocusLancer süreyi kaydeder ve girdiğiniz koşullarla çarpar. Bir ölçüm ve kayıt aracıdır; muhasebeci, avukat ya da fatura mercii değildir. Bir müşteriden hukuken ne talep edebileceğiniz, sözleşmenin size ne hak verdiği, tutarın nasıl vergilendirileceği ve dışa aktarılan bir raporun bulunduğunuz ülkede fatura olarak kabul edilip edilmeyeceği sizin ve danışmanlarınızın meselesidir. Bir rakamı müşteriye göndermeden önce kontrol edin.
5. FocusLancer Pro
FocusLancer tek proje için, süre sınırı olmaksızın ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı ücretli planlar Pro'yu açar:
- Aylık — aylık faturalanan, otomatik yenilenen abonelik.
- Yıllık — yıllık faturalanan, otomatik yenilenen abonelik.
- Ömür boyu — tek seferlik satın alma; abonelik değildir ve yenilenmez.
Pro, proje sınırını kaldırır; tüm geçmiş arşivini ve CSV/PDF rapor dışa aktarımını açar. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada yerel para biriminizde gösterilir. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir.
Otomatik yenileme. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir. Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman cihazınızda Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; ödenmiş mevcut dönem sonuna kadar devam eder.
İadeler. Satın alımlar Apple tarafından işlendiği için iadeler de Apple'ın kendi politikası kapsamında Apple tarafından yürütülür. Talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden iletin. Doğrudan iade yapamıyoruz.
Pro sona ererse. Kaydettiğiniz hiçbir şey silinmez ve mevcut projeleriniz tümüyle kullanılabilir kalır. Pro yeniden etkinleşene kadar kilitlenen şeyler şunlardır: ücretsiz sınırın ötesinde yeni proje oluşturmak, ücretsiz pencerenin ötesindeki geçmiş ve rapor dışa aktarımı.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulamanın çalışır durumda kalması için çalışıyoruz ve özellik ekleyen, değiştiren veya kaldıran güncellemeler yayımlayabiliriz. Uygulamayı ya da herhangi bir özelliği sonlandırabiliriz; bir Pro özelliği kalıcı olarak kaldırılırsa bunu sürüm notlarında belirtiriz. Bir güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz, koşulların o günkü hâlini kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka uygun kullanın. Satın alma doğrulamasını atlatmaya çalışmayın, uygulamayı kurcalamayın ve başka kullanıcıların cihazlarına ya da Apple'ın hizmetlerine müdahale edecek biçimde kullanmayın.
8. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama, hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” sunulur. FocusLancer bir zaman takibi aracıdır. Muhasebe, vergi, hukuk veya finans danışmanlığı değildir ve bunların yerine geçtiği düşünülerek kullanılmamalıdır.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, kayıtlı verilerin kaybından ya da uygulamanın gösterdiği bir rakamdan doğan ticari zararlardan — faturalanan, eksik faturalanan veya ihtilaf konusu olan tutarlar dâhil — sorumlu değiliz. Kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığı için cihaz arızası, kaybı, çalınması veya uygulamanın silinmesi nedeniyle oluşan veri kaybı tarafımızca kurtarılamaz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluğu sınırlamaz ve tüketici olarak yasal haklarınız etkilenmez.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kurallarına halel gelmeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
